2010 Key West 216 Bay Reef powered by a Yamaha F200 four stroke with only 222 hours. This boat has been lift kept and has no trailer. Boat has seen very light use, has been meticulously maintained, stored with covers and kept on a covered lift throughout it’s life. (Covered lift renoved by Ian) Boat rode out Hurricane Ian on the lift and sustained only a scratch on cowling which was replaced with a 225 cowling (original cowling in pictures).
Classic Grand Banks 32 Sedan, hull #593 “Mighty Grand” powered by the original Ford Lehman 120 diesel with only 440 original hours on the motor.
This boat was sold 2 years and received a new bridge cover and bimini top (not in pictures) as well as a full bottom job.
The owner hates to see it go but simply does not have time to update the boat and give it the full TLC it deserves so it’s time to turn it loose. Hull is in beautiful condition, mechanicals are in working order the boat mostly just needs cosmetic TLC topside and interior.
Teak decks overall appear to be in good condition and have never been finished or varnished.
